Approx. 12 large cabbage leaves
1 ½ lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup brown rice ( uncooked)
1 beef bullion cube
2 28oz cans tomato sauce
In large bowl combine turkey, onion, and rice. Place cabbage in boiling water just until soft. Drain and place on paper towel to rid of excess water. Place about ½ cup mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll up. Place in crock pot, and tomato sauce over the cabbage rolls. Season: add bullion cube and 1 cup of water, salt and pepper to taste. Cover cook on medium for about 4 hours or until rice is cooked.
